The U.S. LST
Association based in Toledo, OH. was started in April 1985, its
purpose is to get old shipmates back together and renew old
friendships. We also try to assist in finding former shipmates with
our computer list of our 7,800 current members. If you have any
current addresses of former shipmates we would like to add them to our
mailing list. Please send their name and address to our National
Headquarters at the address listed above.
New members are joining everyday. The
membership dues are only $19.00 per year and with that you receive a membership card, our
association decal, and our bi-monthly (6 per year) newsletter. All our members are
encouraged to send information to be published in, SCUTTLEBUTT
, our news letter. If you need more information please call or write and we will be glad
to help.
